Breaking News : US Default Inevitable

Collected: Breaking News A U.S. default isn’t a matter of “if” but “when,” David Murrin, chief investment officer at Emergent Asset Management, told CNBC. “It’s inevitable that the U.S. will default—it’s essentially an empire which is overextended and in decline—and that its financial system will go with it,” he said.

Breaking News : US Default Inevitable

The question is: Does the U.S. default when it is forced to by the outside world, probably the Chinese, or does it take the option to default on its own terms in such a way that it may have a strategic advantage, Murrin said. Republicans and Democrats are currently locked in a debate on how to cut the U.S. budget deficit, and on whether the $14.3 trillion debt ceiling should be raised. Both parties need to come to a consensus by Aug. 2, otherwise the country will be in a state of technical default. In his book “Breaking the Code of History,” Murrin argues that the balance of power has shifted away from the West, with America as the superpower, towards the East, led by China. He convinced that U.S. cannot afford to compete with the rise of Eastern powers.

“It’s very simple, its (America’s) empire system, its financial system is in decline, we’ve seen very little growth for over a decade apart from financial engineering and leveraging, which ultimately caused the debt crisis of 2008,” Murrin said.

He argues that emerging markets have a distinct advantage over more mature economies through demographics, working dynamics, and the ability to create fundamental economic growth. This imbalance inevitably pushes developed markets towards default.

W.B. Smith`s Memo – A Very Important Piece Of The Puzzle

Wilbert Brockhouse Smith

I have been actively engaged for a long time now, in the investigation of the phenomena known as UFO`s or “flying saucers” for over 20 years. And during this period I have read most of the available literature on the subject, I have interviewed a great many people who have seen unusual things in the sky, and even famous UFO researchers. I have examined thousands of pictures, I have made two personal observations, and written several long articles about the subject. I have also like many others, come to the conclusion that it is NOT reasonable to assume that hundreds of ordinary, normal people, whose word we would readily accept under more mundane circumstances – for instance, as witnesses to an automobile accident or even murder – should suddenly becomes liars, fools, neurotics, and otherwise quite incompetent observers. I am convinced that they are sane, sober, honest folk, who are reporting as best they can something that they really did witness. I will concede that some of these people did not do as good as job of observing as someone who is better trained might have done, within their limits. I believe that they did honestly report what they saw and so did I. As we all know the bad thing with this, is that after you reported something! nothing happens.

Roswell crashed saucer - alleged original photo

This is a very interesting and important document. Of all the documents obtained through the FOIA, this is “the document” that get closest to “prove” government activity in covering up the existence of UFOs.  It wasn’t until researched the story and it  revealed that Smith ( Wilbert Brockhouse Smith ) was supposed to be a very unreliable source of information. The interest from researcher`s and other`s then probably faded because of this reputation. They said that Smith had long exhibited signs of “mental disturbance”.  He had been known to sit in his orchard with a tape recorder, so that when the “Space Brothers Topside” came down, he could record his interview with them. Smith did not have the authority to stamp any documents Top Secret, and was not working on any Top Secret projects.  He had also been known to stamp even his personal papers Top Secret. It was also said that “the Smith memorandum”wasn’t considered to be a real top-secret document worthy of study by people in UFO community. But now the truth about him is coming out and it`s quite a different story then the one the authority’s spread out to discredit him.

Wilbert Smith was a Canadian radio engineer of high standing within the Canadian government during the 1950s and a high-level UFO researcher.  In fact it could be said he was in charge of Canadian UFO studies between 1950 and 1962. Smith’s direct involvement in UFO research began in September of 1950 while he was in Washington D.C. attending a conference. Smith read Frank Scully’s just-published “Behind the Flying Saucers,” that among things stated that there had been saucer crashes in New Mexico and that the saucers utilized magnetic principles in their propulsion.  As an engineer, the latter assertion particularly interested Smith, who had some ideas of his own on how this might work, and had already started preliminary studies within the Dept. of Transport. Trying to get at the truth of the matter, Smith had the Canadian embassy in Washington discretely contact sources within the U.S. government.  Among Canadian embassy personnel named in Smith’s collection of correspondence are Gordon Cox, Lt. Col. Bremner, a military attaché, and Dr. Arnauld Wright, Canadian Defence Research Board (DRB) Liaison Officer.  Another name to pop up frequently was Dr. Omand Solandt, Chairman of the Canadian DRB.  Wright was the liaison with Solandt. The existence of the Top Secret draft in the Wilbert Smith UFO files is part of the reason that the Canadian government was forced to declassify the Top Secret memo held in their files. Wilbert Smith left the draft in the files to give future researchers the truth of what had actually happened in the early days of government investigation into flying saucers. Dying of cancer, Smith made arrangement with his wife to hide the files so they would survive his death. “They will be coming to recover them,” he told his wife Murl.

USA-CANADA-SOVIET

As Smith predicted the Canadians, Americans, and Soviets approached Mrs. Smith requesting the files for research purposes. Mrs. Smith told all callers she no longer had the files. After a number of break-ins that might have been linked to the search for the files, the files were passed on to Arthur Bray, a local Ottawa researcher, who held them quietly for over two decades. Bray was aware of the Top Secret memo draft, but was unable to say anything because the copy in the Smith files was still marked Top Secret. Bray held a Navy security clearance and was forced to remain quiet. Bray, aware of what was in the files, did however lead the charge to force the government to release all the “Project Magnet” files held by the government. He wrote letters to government ministers and officials telling them where the files would be found. The “Project Magnet” Top Secret memo is the key document in the large Smith collection of UFO material, now stored in the archives at the University of Ottawa. In the memo, Smith outlined five key items about flying saucers that he had discovered while in discussions with top U.S. officials working on the flying saucer problem. These were:

  • The matter is the most highly classified subject in the United States Government, rating higher than even the H-bomb.
  • Flying saucers exist.
  • Their modus operandi is unknown but concentrated effort is being made by a small group headed by Vannevar Bush.
  • The entire matter is considered by the United States authorities to be of tremendous significance.
  • The United States authorities are investigating along quite a number of lines, which might possibly be related to the saucers such as mental phenomena.

Myth`s about Smith

  • Myth: Smith had signs of “mental disturbance” this was NEVER proven or ever tested.
  • Myth: How he died, Smith died of cancer of the lower bowel. Phil Klass were claiming a brain tumor. Some people inside NICAP were also telling the same story.
  • Myth: He had no access to Top Secret American information. The US Project Magnet clearly shows that the Americans were listening to him. Admiral Knowles stated that Smith was dealing with top officials in the US government. The Canadian Embassy documents clearly show that the Smith rewrite of the Major Keyhoe article on the Canadian UFO Program had gone to Dr. Vannevar Bush for approval. Smith’s oldest son states that his father had seen both the bodies and a crashed flying saucer outside of Washington. It is logical that top access would have been required to see these two objects.
  • Myth: Smith was part of the infamous MJ12,

The Members of MJ-12 were:

* Rear Adm. Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter: first CIA director
* Dr. Vannevar Bush: chaired wartime Office of Scientific Research and Development and predecessor National Defense Research Committee; set up and chaired postwar Joint  RResearch and Development Board (JRDB) and then the Research and Development Board (RDB); chaired NACA; President of Carnegie Institute, Washington D.C.
* James Forrestal: Secretary of the Navy; first Secretary of Defense (replaced after his death on MJ-12 by Gen. Walter Bedell Smith, 2nd CIA director)
* Gen. Nathan Twining: headed Air Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson AFB; Air Force Chief of Staff (1953-1957); Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff (1957-1961)
* Gen. Hoyt Vandenberg: Directed Central Intelligence Group (1946-1947); Air Force Chief of Staff (1948-1953)
* Gen. Robert M. Montague: Guided missile expert; 1947 commander of Fort Bliss; headed nuclear Armed Forces Special Weapons Center, Sandia Base
* Dr. Jerome Hunsaker: Aeronautical engineer, MIT; chaired NACA after Bush
* Rear Adm. Sidney Souers: first director of Central Intelligence Group, first executive secretary of National Security Council (NSC)
* Gordon Gray: Secretary of the Army; intelligence and national security expert; CIA psychological strategy board (1951-1953); Chairman of NSC 5412 committee (1954-1958); National Security Advisor (1958-1961)
* Dr. Donald Menzel: Astronomer, Harvard; cryptologist during war; security consultant to CIA and NSA
* Dr. Detlev Bronk: Medical physicist; aviation physiologist; chair, National Academy of Sciences, National Research Council; president Johns Hopkins and Rockefeller University
* Dr. Lloyd Berkner: Physicist; radio expert; executive secretary of Bush’s JRDB

According to other sources[citation needed] and MJ-12 papers to emerge later[citation needed], famous scientists like Robert Oppenheimer, Albert Einstein, Karl Compton, Edward Teller, John von Neumann, and Wernher von Braun were also involved with MJ-12.

Wilbert Brockhouse Smith Background:

Wilbert Brockhouse Smith had a master’s degree in science, Wilbert Smith headed up Project Magnet, Canada’s only government-funded UFO inquiry. It was the 1950′s and Smith apparently had above top-secret status. While on loan to America he claimed to have seen a captured UFO and alien dead bodies. He seemed oblivious to keeping secrets and openly spoke of these encounters. Soon Smith’s Project Magnet was officially shut down but he carried on quietly to a distancing government stance. Wilbert Brockhouse Smith died in the sixties at the age of 52 but not before he wrote most of his book, The New Science. He was posthumously honored and although as a scientist considered on a par with Einsten and others, he remains mostly forgotten. It can be argued that, had he not deflected the honors he received for inventions and innovations as actually being ‘gifts from the outsiders’, Wilbert Smith may well have been remembered and revered alongside the great scientific minds of his time. Wilbert Brockhouse Smith must be remembered for what he brought to light, he was a pioneer and a good man.

Video : Recording made by Wilbert Smith on November 11th, 1957. A statement upon the object and Smith’s conclusions about the results of Project Magnet. Then he goes on to discuss his study of the contactee cases and his findings regarding those he found consistent. Included is a discussion of his findings resulting from his contacts for the previous 2 years with the space people (off-world humans). He discusses a) his theoretical universal physical constructions b) his construction of a radio transmitter. This is the radio he used that was equipped with a bipolar antenna with wire wound around each ferrite pole in a caduceus manner.
