When the Day the Dollar Dies happens, it will change everyone’s life forever. Our new normal isn’t going to be anything like the current normal. It’s going to be a radically different time in the United States. As Gerald Celente has said, we will be the first post-industrialized nation.

Another of the journalists asked whether the president is handed secret files on aliens when receiving the briefcase needed to activate Russia’s nuclear arsenal.
“Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, Medvedev then said: any president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet,” Medvedev answered playfully but with undertones?
“Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country … I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic,” he says.

I think a former Russian President really should know better than to make jokes about “secret UFO files” within the Russian government. That is..if it was a joke or covered up as a joke?
