Should we let TPTB kill the Internet and log everything we do here? NO! I certainly wouldn’t vote for that. We must fight spy organizations like Google, AOL, Yahoo and likes and stop them them from running the TPTB errands. This court rule is a small step on that way. As we know most Internet service providers log information about their users, such as when they use the service and the IP addresses they were allocated at the time. This information is useful for ISPs’ housekeeping but it’s also an invaluable resource for copyright trolls looking to track down file-sharers. Can an ISP be forced to collect and retain such data? In a disappointment to rights-holders, a higher regional court in Germany has clarified that ISPs cannot.
IP-Address
While greedy copyright trolls in the United States are doing their very best to file lawsuits against as many alleged file-sharers as possible, their counterparts in Germany will take some beating. Hundreds of thousands of Internet account holders have been targeted with so-called pay-up-or-else letters over the past few years and although there are no official figures available, settlements paid run into scores of millions of dollars. So in their mission for GREED they threaten people. In part this huge drive has been fueled by the law. Once a rights-holder captures an IP address and traces this back through an ISP to an Internet bill payer, that person is often considered responsible for what happens on his or her connection.
“Since 2008 the rights-owners have had the right to request the name and address of a connection holder connected to a certain IP-Address at a certain time, in case there was a copyright infringement committed from this connection,” Wilde Beuger Solmecke lawyer Otto Freiherr Grote told TorrentFreak.
With most ISPs storing user data as a matter of course, tracking connection owners has become very simple indeed. However, not all ISPs retain the data necessary to connect an IP address with an end user, so when required to hand over personal details to trolls and other rightsholders, problems arise.
“Some access providers (Vodafone for example) don’t provide this information in Germany. They often argue that they don’t save dynamic IP-addresses at all,” Grote adds.
This awkward position with some ISPs has left rightsholders with a dead end on claims and file-sharers with somewhat of a safe haven.
“It’s as good as impossible for the rights-owners to sue any file-sharing clients of these providers,” Grote notes.
In response a film company, an anti-piracy company and an adult film producer took Vodafone to court to force the ISP to store data on file-sharers in order for it to be handed over at a later date. They were met with success, with the regional court in Düsseldorf ruling that Vodafone must retain the data. But following a successful appeal, the earlier setback for the ISPs and their subscribers proved only temporary.
“The Higher regional Court has now annulled these decisions,” Grote explains. “The Court constitutes that there is no obligation to save the data.”
The OLG Düsseldorf ruled that ISPs do have to provide data to rightsholders, but only if they stored it in the first instance. The question now is whether in the light of the ruling ISPs will reconsider their logging policies. Troll lawsuits are proving a plague on Internet account holders in Germany and the possibility of never becoming the subject of one will be an attractive proposition for those looking to switch ISPs in the future.
Obviously things go missing on a daily basis, and the news more often than not goes unnoticed. However, when what is missing is a vial containing a potentially deadly virus, odds are that both the media and the online community will be taken by storm or quite it down. Not to beat about the bush, the news has just broken that researchers working with the University of Texas’ Medical Branch are now busy trying to pin down the whereabouts of a vial containing a strain of the Guanarito virus. So a vial of a deadly Virus is now missing from a Laboratory in Texas.
The vial allegedly went missing from a laboratory, and pretty much everybody appears to be lost for words when asked to explain what has happened to it. Daily Mail informs us that the researchers in charge of keeping a close eye on this vial first discovered that it was missing towards the beginning of last week. Still, it took a while for the news to reach the general public. Investigations carried out by local police officers have thus far failed in collecting evidence that might suggest that the laboratory has been broken into and that somebody has stolen the vial. Having ruled out foul play, the authorities suspect that the vial was somehow accidentally destroyed while the laboratory was being cleaned.
The strain of the Guanarito virus found inside the missing vial is known to have caused several outbreaks in Venezuela. Thus, several of the people who were affected by this virus strain ended up developing hemorrhagic fever. By the looks of it, rats in Venezuela were the ones responsible for these outbreaks. Still, there is no proof that such rodents in the US might become carriers and later on infect people in this part of the country. As was to be expected, the country’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were called in. Hopefully, their working together with University of Texas researchers will ultimately lead to the vial’s being found. My question now is: Is it the University or the Weapons Lab who’ve lost the Virus strain?

Descriptions of the Jersey Devil have varied over the years, from a winged half-bird, half-horse standing upright on hoofed feet, with a reptilian tail to a hairy cross between a monkey and a dog, walking on all fours. It is generally agreed to be some three to six feet in length.
RELATIVES
Some have tried to attribute sightings of the Jersey Devil to the great horned owl, a species common to the area. The owl has ear tufts that could resemble horns, a wingspan of more than five feet, and has been known to attack humans. More than 200 sightings of the Jersey Devil have been reported in the last 20 years, mostly in the Pine Barrens. We are conspirators, yes, but our conspiracy is entirely benevolent. David Icke is not an enemy of the Illuminati. He says many things with which we agree. His problem is that he has not correctly identified the true enemy. His enemy is the same as ours, but he does not understand their real nature and purpose. His lizard theory is of course preposterous and discredits all of the many sensible things he says. It’s most unfortunate that a clever man has played into the hands of our mutual enemy by presenting incredible theories that no rational person could take seriously.
What do you mean by “mutual enemy”?
Icke makes many perceptive observations, but he erroneously calls the enemy the Illuminati and the New World Order and so forth. In fact, the enemy is the Old World Order – the people who have been in charge from the very beginning. They have no need to change anything because the world is already dancing to their tune. Their tyrannical dynasties have stridden the world stage for millenniums. The last thing they want is a new world. Icke is correct when he identifies royal families, presidents, prime ministers, bankers, media barons, top business executives and so on as the enemy. He is wrong to call them the Illuminati. We are the very people who are waging the fiercest war against the enemy, trying to stop them choking the human race to death. We are the last and only hope for humanity. Everyone who opposes a New World Order is deluded – having swallowed the deceptions of the enemy – or is actively in the service of the powers that be: the Old World Order.
Why are you breaking your silence at this time? And why did you choose to speak to me?
We chose you because you have a reputation for impartiality, fair reporting and protecting your sources. It’s true that we are a highly secretive organization, but people misunderstand our secrecy. There are those who are secretive because they are part of a conspiracy to control, manipulate and oppress others. Sorry, I can’t expand on that. Let me just say to you that we tried twice in the past to show a coded glimpse of the nature of our great secret. You have probably heard of the most mysterious manuscript in the world – the Voynich manuscript. No one has ever been able to decode it. The men who wrote it were members of the Illuminati and they were captured and killed before they could release the key to decoding it. The Arthurian legends were our other main attempt to enter popular consciousness and reveal our true purpose. They succeeded to an extent, but our enemies were able to confuse our message by releasing alternative versions of the legends. So, now we are trying again.
In what way?
The Arthurian legends were imaginative fictions that alluded to the secret we are protecting…the Holy Grail, if you will. We prefer this fictional approach because it allows us to conceal the truth from our enemies. They are unable to distinguish between the fact and the fiction. In a manner of speaking. We hired a successful ghost-writer to create four coded ‘novels’ for us that would outline our purpose. The chosen writer was handsomely rewarded and sworn to secrecy. But…I apologize for pausing for so long. Let me just say that he will not be writing the fourth and final part. I am not permitted to tell you any more than that. We are seeking a new ghost-writer to complete the task.

According to a leading evolutionary biologist, the Chinese are engaging in a massive breeding operation with the aim of ultimately creating a breed of cognitively enhanced individuals. And what’s more, the China-based eugenics factory recently bought up a large genome research institute in the United States, giving the Chinese access to the DNA of Americans.
In a recent interview with Vice magazine, evolutionary psychologist Geoffrey Miller admits to have donated his DNA to an endeavor headed up by the world’s largest genetic research institution based in China’s Shenzhen province. Miller, by his own admission, is one of 2000 “brainiacs” selected by IBG Shenzhen for their transhumanist project. Asked how the company goes after potential DNA-contributors, Miller answers:
“They seem mostly interested in people of Chinese and European descent. They’re basically recruiting through a scientific conference, through word of mouth. You have to provide some evidence that you’re as smart as you say you are. You have to send your complete CV, publications you’ve produced, standardized-test scores, where you went to college… stuff like that.”
After the described recruiting process, the candidates apparently are informed by e-mail. Miller:
“I just got an email a couple of days ago saying that they’d almost finished doing the sequencing for the BGI Cognitive Genetics Project, the one I gave my genetics to, and that the results would be available soon.”
According to Miller the DNA samples were collected mostly from “geniuses” of Chinese and European descent. He also stated outright that the purpose of the entire operation is to use the DNA collected in order to create a new breed of smarter, cognitively enhanced people for the Chinese state. Miller expands by stating that in the Chinese view these sort of state-approved interventions are desirable.
In response to the question how the Chinese are planning to use the “genius” DNA collected in a practical way, Miller explains the process:
“Any given couple could potentially have several eggs fertilized in the lab with the dad’s sperm and the mom’s eggs. Then you can test multiple embryos and analyze which one’s going to be the smartest. That kid would belong to that couple as if they had it naturally, but it would be the smartest a couple would be able to produce if they had 100 kids. It’s not genetic engineering or adding new genes, it’s the genes that couples already have.”
Miller also stresses that such a breeding program is designed to be successful over a prolonged period of time. He also acknowledges that the Chinese may be motivated by economics to breed “smarter people”.
“Even if it only boosts the average kid by five IQ points, that’s a huge difference in terms of economic productivity, the competitiveness of the country, how many patents they get, how their businesses are run, and how innovative their economy is.”
Miller also takes the liberty of speaking for the Chinese people when it comes to the state’s top-down transhumanist program underway, claiming in so many words that the Chinese people are fine with these interventions. Contrasting US attitudes to such eugenic interventions to Chinese ones, Miller asserts:
“We have ideological biases that say, “Well, this could be troubling, we shouldn’t be meddling with nature, we shouldn’t be meddling with God.” I just attended a debate in New York a few weeks ago about whether or not we should outlaw genetic engineering in babies and the audience was pretty split. In China, 95 percent of an audience would say, “Obviously you should make babies genetically healthier, happier, and brighter!” There’s a big cultural difference.”
These words are from the mouth of an academic, deemed by Chinese eugenicists to be a genius. If this man is a precursor to the envisioned “ubermensch”, then God help all of mankind. If you figure the breeding program to be unethical but safely far away, figure again. The Chinese genetic breeding programs have now been expanded to the United States. Just two days ago, BGI Shenzhen announced having completed the takeover of the US-based Genome research institute “Complete Genomics”. According to the press release, the takeover was “the first time a Chinese company has successfully acquired an US public company”.
Chinese state-sponsored genetic engineers are now expanding their operations to the US. On its own website, Complete Genomics boasts that “Our human genome sequencing technology, which is based on our proprietary DNA nano arrays and ligation-based read technology, is superior to existing commercially available whole human genome sequencing methods in terms of quality, cost and scale.”
Wonderful, isn’t it? This superior technology is now in the hands of a professed eugenic institution from China, dead set on creating “enhanced” people. The notion to create, through genetic interference, so-called enhanced people (physically) isn’t just on the mind of Chinese geneticists gone wild. It’s on the mind of the global elite. In an article titled The Populations Problem written in October 2012 by Herman Daly, a former World Bank luminary and current professor at the University of Maryland, the suggestion is made that climate change should prompt the scientific community to genetically design smaller human beings. Breeding smaller human beings, Daly asserted, “could be the simplest way of increasing metabolic efficiency (measured as number of people maintained by a given resource throughput).” Daly:“(…) human organisms might be genetically redesigned to require less food, air, and water. Indeed smaller people would be the simplest way of increasing metabolic efficiency (measured as number of people maintained by a given resource throughput). To my knowledge no one has yet suggested breeding smaller people as a way to avoid limiting births, but that probably just reflects my ignorance. We have, however, been busy breeding and genetically engineering larger and faster-growing plants and livestock. So far, the latter dissipative structures have been complementary with populations of human bodies, but in a finite and full world, the relationship will soon become competitive.”
The professor, by the way, is wrong in asserting that the suggestion is his to claim. Earlier that year professor of philosophy and bioethicist at New York University S. Matthew Liao wrote a paper in which he proposes a plethora of human engineering possibilities to “help humans consume less”. One of Liao’s proposals states that parents could make use of genetic engineering or hormone therapy in order to birth smaller, “less resource-intensive children”. The Chinese may launch their eugenics operations for economic reasons, history teaches us that such breeding programs always co-exist with population reduction initiatives under whatever pretext they are being pushed.

As of right now, citizens of Cyprus are scrambling to withdraw funds from their bank accounts after the EU, with agreement from the Cypriot government, announced they will decimate funds held in personal bank accounts to the tune of up to 10% of existing deposits. You read that right.
The European Union has made the determination that the people of Cyprus are now responsible for the hundreds of billions of dollars in bad bets made by their government and bank financiers, and they are moving to confiscate money directly from the bank accounts of every citizen in the country.
Restrictions have been imposed to stop people emptying their accounts or moving their money out the country after the Cypriot government announced that up to ten per cent of deposits will be seized and used to bail out the island’s crisis-hit banking system.
The deal with other euro-zone finance ministers is the first time that ordinary citizens’ deposits have been directly raided in this way.
