Two mysterious children boarded a plane, but were they human?

I wrote about this phenomena/mystery before, here. One can wonder where and why these children are showing up without no obvious explanation? Now it has happened again. At an International airport. The ten-year-old boy first boarded the airplane in Vancouver in silence, followed by a girl. The girl was about the same age followed in his wake. Shannon sat in a seat at the rear of the airliner, holding her 18-month-old, and watched the children as they walked down the aisle. Shannon’s now ex-husband had taken their two-year-old to the bathroom, leaving her alone with the baby.

As the ten-year-old`s approached, Shannon quickly understood something was wrong with the boy. “His coloring was unrealistically perfect,” she said. “Bright blue eyes that gave off energy and light. I felt like he could see every little thing about me, deeply into my soul and mind. It was hard, but I maintained eye contact.” The boy’s salmon-colored polo perfectly matched the color of his lips, offsetting his lightly tan skin, and those deep blue eyes. “He was radiating intelligent.” Shannon watched the children as they slowly made their way toward her, the boy radiating a feeling that drew her breath short. “I knew right away he wasn’t a child and wasn’t human,” she said. Shannon looked down, away from the gaze of this strange child. His voice brought her eyes back to his.

”A bit stressful?” he asked.

She mumbled a quiet, “Yes, it is,” and he walked away.

“I knew something was odd before I looked up, because what human ten-year-old notices a stressed-out mom six or seven rows back?” she said.

The girl shuffled behind the boy, trying to stay out of people’s memory. “She never made eye contact and had her head down,” Shannon said. “Very non-description. His opposite. I was too interested in his eyes to care about her.”

The children took seats six rows in front of Shannon who sat in the very back row. When the plane landed in Minnesota, Shannon thought her family was the last to deplane, but six rows up she found the strange boy staring at her. “He was waiting for me, turned towards me, watching me walk towards him,” she said. “I felt quite shy and had a hard time maintaining eye contact but did so. I felt like he wanted me to stay and talk, but I followed my family out, none of whom reacted to the two kids.” The girl never made eye contact; she simply stared at her shoes.

Shannon watched for these children as she deplaned and waited for her luggage at the baggage carrousel. Shannon never saw the children again. “They disappeared off the plane,” she said. “They were the last ones on and we waited for a long time … and they never got off.” She asked her ex-husband about the boy years later; he never saw him.

There are people in our periphery, people who shuffle past as we walk down city streets, stand behind us in checkout lines, or pause for a lingering stare. These people would normally inhabit the background of our attention, filling spaces occupied by city noise, pedestrians, and passing cars – except for their presence. There’s something strange about these people, something uncomfortable, something inhuman.

It’s even more disturbing when these people are children. Shannon isn’t alone in encountering children who seem to be so much more.

When 18-year-old Myra Thom and her mother stepped from a corner bakery back onto the streets of Sikatuna, Philippines, Myra expected them to walk to the next store for their weekly shopping trip. She didn’t expect to walk into something disturbing. She heard a voice, a tiny voice. “We both distinctly heard the voice of a small child calling my name,” Myra, now 40, said. “My name was pronounced clearly, as if by an adult, but when my mother and I turned, we saw that it was a very small child maybe just a little over a year old. He could not walk on his own yet.”

Two women who appeared to be nearly identical, both wearing blue jeans and white shirts, stood on either side of the strange child holding one of the child’s little hands. The child, with chubby cheeks and curly light brown, stared at Myra, and that stare chilled her. “The little boy was looking straight at me with a knowing, absolutely un-childlike gaze,” Myra said. “It was as if he knew something about me that I did not know.”

The baby smiled faintly at Myra, never moving his gaze from hers. “The most unusual or strange thing about him was the expression on his face. It was definitely, absolutely not something you would expect to see on the face of a child that young,” Myra said. “It was a knowing look, almost malicious, and it was made even stranger by the fact that it was coming from a child that looked like the very depiction of the cherubim in the church.” As the trio walked by, Myra realized she never got a good look at the women, although they appeared to be typical Filipino women. The child seemed to be Caucasian. “They both had their backs turned,” Myra said. “The baby was twisting its head and body all the way around just to stare at me, and it stayed that way all the way to the corner until they disappeared from our view.”

Twenty-two yeas later, this seems to Myra as having happened yesterday. Unlike Shannon’s ex-husband, there is a witness. “My mother corroborates this,” Myra said. “What really struck her about the child is that weird look on its face that was very un-childlike and the fact that it did not remove its gaze from me while we were within viewing distance of each other.”

Although the encounter still baffles Myra, it does provide her with some comfort. “I consider it a gift from the universe, for it gave me what I consider to be my first real proof that there is something out there beyond what we normally believe to be absolute reality,” she said. “But at the same time it has also always worried me. Was the child an angel, a demon, an alien, a ghost, an elemental? What was its purpose in calling my name?”

Honorary President of the Supreme Court of Italy and former Senior Investigative Judge Ferdinando Imposimato, the man who prosecuted the case involving the assassination attempt against Pope John Paul II, has sensationally accused the Bilderberg Group of being behind terrorist attacks in Europe.

In an interview with the ArticoloTre website, Imposimato, who was also involved in the case involving the kidnapping and murder of former Italian Prime Minister Aldo Moro, said that he “found a document that left me appalled” implicating the Bilderberg Group (Illuminati) in conspiring with the far right organization Ordine Nuovo to commit terror attacks.

Exactly what did Gary McKinnon find?

Ever wanted an analysis about what Gary McKinnon actually found? This one can be for you then. This investigation smartly carried out by David Griffin, really do confirms other intelligent beings in the universe. The British citizen and computer science genius, as we know is thought to have hacked into 53 US government agencies’ computer systems has spoken out about his discoveries in NASA’s networks. The 39-year-old from north London earlier told The Guardian he initially started his hacking career when looking for evidence of a UFO cover-up. Using a software program, Gary McKinnon was able to discover senior network administrators who didn’t use passwords.

“I knew that governments suppressed anti-gravity, UFO-related technologies, free energy or what they call zero-point energy. This should not be kept hidden from the public when pensioners can’t pay their fuel bills,” says Mr. McKinnon.

“You get on to easy networks, like Support and Logistics, in order to exploit the trust relationship that military departments have between each other, and once you get on to an easy thing, you find out what networks they trust and then you hop and hop and hop, and eventually you think, ‘That looks a bit more secretive’,” McKinnon told The Guardian. McKinnon said he was eventually able to access the US’ Space Command network, where he found evidence of an extra terrestrial mission.

“I found a list of officers’ names,” he claims, “under the heading ‘Non-Terrestrial Officers’… What I think it means is not earth-based. I found a list of ‘fleet-to-fleet transfers’ and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They weren’t U.S. Navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet.”

The hacker denied that he had made Washington’s computer system inoperable, although he did admit he may have deleted some government files by accidentally pressing the wrong key.

McKinnon continued: “Once you’re on the network, you can do a command called NetStat – Network Status – and it lists all the connections to that machine. There were hackers from Denmark, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Thailand… every night for the entire five to seven years I was doing this.”

McKinnon: At first I was looking for anything to do with UFOs. As I got more into the subject and listened to more serious talk and discussion about the subject, and was introduced to the Disclosure Project, and realized that there were, you know, 400 witness testimonials from people who worked in everything from civilian air traffic control, up to military radar operators, right up to men and women in charge of whether or not to launch nuclear missiles. I thought these were surely credible people.

McKinnon talking about what he found when hacking NASA: And what I saw, or was hoping to see, was what was described as a saucer, very definite imagery. And what instead I saw I assume was the Earth. This was in shades of gray. You had the Earth’s hemisphere taking up about 2/3 of the screen and then halfway between the top of the hemisphere and the bottom of the picture there was a classic sort of cigar-shaped object, but with golf-ball domes, geodesic domes, above, below, and this side [gesturing to the right], and I assume the other side as well. It had very slightly flattened cigar ends. No seams. No rivets. No telemetry antennae or anything like that. It looked… it just had a feeling of not being man-made. There was none of the signs of human manufacturing.

Report: “Intelligence Says There Will Be An Attack on American Soil”

Tensions on the Korean Peninsula are heating up, with rhetoric from the North Koreans suggesting that an attack of some kind is being planned. This isn’t the first time the North Koreans have made threats against western powers and their southern neighbor, but the level of American response is unprecedented. The United States and our allies have re-positioned Naval battle groups, deployed Aegis missile defense systems, and a host of other technology to counter-act any potential threat.

Military analysts have already warned about the possibility of North Korea exploding a high altitude nuclear device high above the continental United States using a “Super EMP” weapon capable of disabling the power grid in the lower 48 states. The North Korean space launch vehicle, a ‘weather’ satellite put into space in December of 2012 and carrying an unknown payload, will be passing over the geographic heart of the United States on April 10th. Curiously, the 10th is the same day that North Korean officials warned they would no longer be able to provide protection for foreign embassy officials in Pyongyang.

Moreover, the North Koreans are said to have mobilized some of their long-range missiles, and communications intercepted by Western intelligence agencies reportedly indicate that a planned launch of their KN-08 intercontinental ballistic missile is imminent.

The situation has become so serious that the Japanese military was given the order to shoot down any missile launched from the North, no matter if it is a test.

Reports that China has mobilized tens of thousands of troops on their border with North Korea and has put their military on its highest alert level also don’t bode well for peaceful resolution. The Chinese seem to be positioning their military to either counter North Korea’s military, turn back refugees who  may attempt to escape to China should war break out, or, as has been suggested by some analysts, to aid the North Koreans should Allied ground forces invade.

Mainstream news coverage indicates that something is about to go down.

And, slowly but surely, reports from military personnel and contractors on military bases are starting to leak, and some of them indicate that the United States is preparing for serious confrontation.

I asked as many questions as I felt that I could and took notes so that I could simply use his quotes to accurately report what he has stated.

“We were working on a scheduled job in the munitions dump area…building new blast walls, when AF personnel came in and told us we had to leave right now. We asked if were being given a “work stoppage order.” They replied “Get out now.” and escorted us out. “More like they rushed us out.”

On April 1, AF Chief of Staff and a bunch of other DoD dignitaries flew in to Barksdale. Those coming on the base usually have a sidearm and maybe a rifle, but since the 1st, “dignitaries are also wearing flak jackets.”

“They are gearing up for something big.”

“They are bringing in serious junk.”

“Moving in warheads…I was working in an area where cruise missles are brought in, put together, armed, and shipped out.”

His exact words were, “They are shipping some serious s*** over there.”

(Here I tried to ascertain whether these were going on ships or planes.)

He replied that “they are going everywhere.”

He also stated that “they dropped a bunch dummy bombs on some islands off the coast of North Korea”..(I just read a confirmation of that from an intelligence newsletter, and confirmed by WND an hour ago.)

I asked him if Chinese officers were still on base. He replied that he had not been working in the area in which he first saw them, for the last three weeks, but he did say this…

“The Chinese and the Russians are here…let me put it this way…everybody in the UN plus a few more are in here. (U.S.)”

He heard and directly quoted one officer referring to the testing of anti-ballistic missile defense system, “We are going to see a real test, now.” He then said that he heard “Intelligence says there will be an attack on American soil.”

He then stated that these defense missile systems were ” being shipped to several bases.”

Our sources report that military personnel at the largest Army base in the country have been instructed by military leaders to have their bags packed in the event that the situation goes hot. Troops have reportedly been told to have their financial affairs and family matters in order. Likewise, in the United Kingdom, some personnel have been asked to be prepared to deploy, as well as several who were deployed (location unknown) without warning over the course of the last week.

All signs point to a military confrontation.

Whether North Korea will start this, or whether Western allies are finally going to preemptively initiate regime change in the North is anyone’s guess.

There is also the possibility of a ‘false-flag’ event designed to completely upend the global economic and political paradigms, a scenario recently suggested by Kurt Nimmo of Infowars.com:

To even consider the possibility of global war, or a large-scale attack on the continental United States, is a difficult notion for many to stomach.

However, members of elite banking conglomerates, the military industrial complex, and political power structures stand to benefit greatly should a war break out.

Man is a relative newcomer to the planet, but gives all signs he will be a bust, At this speed and with this indifference all will soon be gone. The greatest threat against our planet and all living thing on it is, this way we now accept to live. It`s NOT sustainable.

We start with the Oil spills. At the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century there have been oil spills all over the world, caused either by naval accidents or during major wars. And it continues to happen? It is impossible to determine which of these oil spills had the most severe consequences for its environment. Consequently, we will sum up a number of oil spills in this environmental disaster top list. First, we will line up some events that obtained a lot of media attention. This goes from 1967 – 2002.

Disturbing CO₂ levels

I know that mankind is embarking on a strange ecological experiment here. Over a couple of centuries, man is burning the carbon accumulated over millions of years by plants. The CO₂ levels are now at the level of the Permian extinction. There have been two mass extinctions in earth history as far as we know, the Permian, 230 million years ago, was the worst. 70% of all species were lost. It was caused by natural global warming when volcanoes released greenhouse gases. (The other extinction event more familiar to most people was the more recent KT Cretaceous-Tertiary Mass Extinction event, 65 million years ago. It was caused when an asteroid plunged into the earth at Chicxulub Mexico wiping out the dinosaurs and half of earth’s species.) We are re-experiencing the same global warming conditions that triggered the more devastating Permian extinction, only this time it is man-made. When it gets too hot, plants die. When it gets too hot and dry, massive fires ravage huge areas. When plants die, insects and herbivores die. When insects die, even heat-resistant plant’s don’t get pollinated and die. Birds die without insects to eat. Carnivores die without herbivores to eat, all triggered by what seems so innocuous heat. Similarly, in the oceans, when they get just a few degrees too warm, corals expel their symbiotic algae and die soon thereafter. When coral reefs die, the fish that live on them die, triggering extinction chains. Satellites can chart the loss of vegetation over the planet. We are losing 4 species per hour, a rate on the same scale as the Permian and KT extinction events. Man has no ability to live without the support of other species. We are committing suicide and killing the family of life on earth along with us. The question is, will we wipe ourselves out along with the rest of the planet’s ecology? Man is very adaptable. He will destroy his food supply on land and in the oceans as a result. Eventually everyone will be dead.

Corporate Capitalism

Man is naturally greedy and short-sighted, but the invention of corporate capitalism (as compared with free-market capitalism) has magnified that tendency. We have created powerful institutions who bribe government officials to do things that help the short-term profit of companies, but which hurt the health, safety of citizens and long-term profit of corporations.

Corporations are pseudo people with psychotic personalities, required by law to be devoid of conscience. They are not permitted to be concerned with the interest of the stakeholders: the employees, the customers, the people living where the corporation does business. By law they must consider only profit for the shareholders.
They will do things like bribe the government to allow them to dump pollutants such as pig manure into the water, then fob the cost of cleaning them up on the public, rather than building them into the cost of the product, the way you would in a true free-market economy. Lack of care of the soil is good for short-term profit, but soil loss is disastrous for the crops of future generations.
The problem is, these corporations are actively working as hard as they can against the public interest. For example.

They are trying to increase oil consumption.
They are trying to increase research into ever more lethal germ warfare.
They are trying to increase the amount of greenhouse gases released into the air.
They are trying to increase the sales of nuclear weapons and home and abroad.
They are trying to discourage space exploration in favor of military spending where there is no clear deliverable.
With the Citizen’s United supreme court decision, corporations can now legally buy elections with unlimited funds.

And one thing is sure, even without these corporate enemies of planet earth, our planet has little chance of success anyway. Yet their power grows daily through phony free trade agreements like NAFTA and WTO. This disgusting corrosive exploiting behavior without any regard of life. Can obviously go on and on…Pipelines, tar sands, and oil spills; capitalism’s insatiable thirst for fossil fuels is wreaking havoc on the entire planet. GET THIS: Global capitalism is killing the planet. It is turning the living world into dead commodities by exploiting the many for the profit of a few.

Damn this was so depressing…I have to come back another time on this topic. If we are still around then.

War witch hunt increases: U.S. Sending F-22 stealth jets to South Korea!

U.S have sent F-22 stealth fighter jets to South Korea on Sunday to join military drills aimed at underscoring the U.S. commitment to defend Seoul in the face of an intensifying campaign of threats from North Korea. The advanced, radar-evading F-22 Raptors were deployed to Osan Air Base, the main U.S. Air Force base in South Korea, from Japan to support ongoing bilateral exercises, the U.S. military command in South Korea said in a statement that urged North Korea to restrain itself. “(North Korea) will achieve nothing by threats or provocations, which will only further isolate North Korea and undermine international efforts to ensure peace and stability in Northeast Asia,” the statement said.

Sabre-rattling on the Korean peninsula drew a plea for peace from Pope Francis, who in his first Easter Sunday address called for a diplomatic solution to the crisis on the Korean peninsula. “Peace in Asia, above all on the Korean peninsula: may disagreements be overcome and a renewed spirit of reconciliation grow,” he said, speaking in Italian. Tensions have been high since the North’s young new leader, Kim Jong-un, ordered a nuclear weapons test in February, breaching U.N. sanctions and ignoring warnings from North Korea’s closest ally, China, not to do so. That test, North Korea’s third since 2006, drew further U.N. and bilateral sanctions designed to pressure the impoverished North to stop its nuclear weapons program. Pyongyang responded to the new steps by ratcheting up warnings and threats of war.

North Korea said on Saturday it was entering a “state of war” with South Korea, but Seoul and its ally the United States played down the statement from the official KCNA news agency as the latest in a stream of tough talk from Pyongyang. In a rare U.S. show of force aimed at North Korea, the United States on Thursday flew two radar-evading B-2 Spirit bombers on practice runs over South Korea.
On Friday, Kim signed an order putting the North’s missile units on standby to attack U.S. military bases in South Korea and the Pacific, after the stealth bomber flights. The F-22 jets will take part in the annual U.S.-South Korea Foal Eagle military drills, which are designed to sharpen the allies’ readiness to defend the South from an attack by North Korea, the U.S. military said. The U.S. military did not say how many of the planes were flown to South Korea from Kadena Air Base in Okinawa. The statement described Sunday’s deployment as part of routine shifts of air power among bases in the Western Pacific that U.S. forces have been conducting since 2004.

Japan’s Kyodo news agency quoted the top Japanese government spokesman, Yoshihide Suga, as condemning Pyongyang for “aggressive provocation” after Kim’s ruling party newspaper, the Rodong Sinmun, identified U.S. military bases in Japan as targets for attack. The two Koreas have been technically in a state of war since a truce that ended their 1950-53 conflict. Despite its threats, few people see any indication Pyongyang will risk a near-certain defeat by re-starting full-scale war.

Russia said on Friday that heightened military activity near North Korea was slipping into a “vicious cycle” that could get out of control, implicitly criticizing U.S. bomber flights that followed threats from Pyongyang. More

You think you have control over your life? Well you don`t. The Illuminati plans to create a mind controlled workers society have been in place for a long time. The current technology grew out of experiments that the Nazis started before World War II and intensified during the time of the Nazi concentration camps when an unlimited supply of children and adults were available for experimentation. Now it`s all in place and they are enjoying their success. And we? well we follow their lead like obedient dogs.

We’ve heard about the inhumane medical experiments performed on concentration camp prisoners, but no word was ever mentioned by the media and the TV documentaries of the mind control experiments. That was not to be divulged to the American public. Mind control technologies can be broadly divided into two subsets: trauma-based or electronic-based. The topic of mind control is elaborate, multifaceted, and multilayered. For the casual reader, it can quickly become numbing, overwhelming the senses and creating a desire to exit the topic, but avoiding this subject is the most foolish thing you could possibly do since your only chance of surviving this hideous and insidious enslavement agenda, which today threatens virtually all of humanity, is to understand how it functions and take steps to reduce your vulnerability.

The Bilderberg objectives is now well-known. The Group’s grand design is for “a One World Government (World Company) with a single, global marketplace, policed by one world army, and financially regulated by one ‘World (Central) Bank’ using one global currency.”

– “Centralized control of all foreign and domestic policies;” one size fits all globally using the UN as a de facto world government imposing a UN tax on “world citizens”

– Expanding NAFTA and WTO globally– Making NATO a world military

– Imposing a universal legal system– A global “welfare state where obedient slaves will be rewarded and non-conformists targeted for extermination.”

Modern Mind Control Overview

The first phase of government mind control development grew out of the old occult techniques which required the victim to be exposed to massive psychological and physical trauma, usually beginning in infancy, in order to cause the psyche to shatter into a thousand alter personalities which can then be separately programmed to perform any function (or job) that the programmer wishes to”install”. Each alter personality created is separate and distinct from the front personality. The ‘front personality’ is unaware of the existence or activities of the alter personalities. Alter personalities can be brought to the surface by programmers or handlers using special codes, usually stored in a laptop computer. The victim of mind control can also be affected by specific sounds, words, or actions known as triggers.

The second phase of mind control development was refined at an underground base below Fort Hero on Montauk , Long Island (New York) and is referred to as the Montauk Project. The earliest adolescent victims of Montauk style programming, so-called Montauk Boys, were programmed using trauma-based techniques, but that method was eventually abandoned in favor of an all-electronic induction process which could be “installed” in a matter of days (or even hours) instead of the many years that it took to complete trauma-based methods.

Dr. Joseph Mengele of Auschwitz notoriety was the principle developer of the trauma-based Monarch Project and the CIA’s MK Ultra mind control programs. Mengele and approximately 5, 000 other high-ranking Nazis were secretly moved into the United States and South America in the aftermath of World War II in an Operation designated Paperclip. The Nazis continued their work in developing mind control and rocketry technologies in secret underground military bases. The only thing we were told about was the rocketry work with former Nazi star celebrities like Warner Von Braun. The killers, tortures, and mutilators of innocent human beings were kept discretely out of sight, but busy in U.S. underground military facilities which gradually became home to thousands upon thousands of  kidnapped American children snatched off the streets (about one million per year) and placed into iron bar cages stacked from floor to ceiling as part of the ‘training’.

These children would be used to further refine and perfect Mengele’s mind control technologies. Certain selected children (at least the ones who survived the ‘training’) would become future mind controlled slaves who could be used for thousands of different jobs ranging anywhere from sexual slavery to assassinations. A substantial portion of these children, who were considered expendable, were intentionally slaughtered in front of (and by) the other children in order to traumatized the selected trainee into total compliance and submission.

We must never let us self be influenced by any of their mind controlling techniques. It is at most importance that we, in time discover and break loose out of their claws. I know it`s hard as the Illuminati claws are very long. But it has to be done before all of us turn into complete radio controlled vegetables.

ISPs Cannot Be Forced To Store Data on File-Sharers, German Court Rules

Should we let TPTB kill the Internet and log everything we do here? NO! I certainly wouldn’t vote for that. We must fight spy organizations like Google, AOL, Yahoo and likes and stop them them from running the TPTB errands. This court rule is a small step on that way. As we know most Internet service providers log information about their users, such as when they use the service and the IP addresses they were allocated at the time. This information is useful for ISPs’ housekeeping but it’s also an invaluable resource for copyright trolls looking to track down file-sharers. Can an ISP be forced to collect and retain such data? In a disappointment to rights-holders, a higher regional court in Germany has clarified that ISPs cannot.

IP-Address

While greedy copyright trolls in the United States are doing their very best to file lawsuits against as many alleged file-sharers as possible, their counterparts in Germany will take some beating. Hundreds of thousands of Internet account holders have been targeted with so-called pay-up-or-else letters over the past few years and although there are no official figures available, settlements paid run into scores of millions of dollars. So in their mission for GREED they threaten people. In part this huge drive has been fueled by the law. Once a rights-holder captures an IP address and traces this back through an ISP to an Internet bill payer, that person is often considered responsible for what happens on his or her connection.

“Since 2008 the rights-owners have had the right to request the name and address of a connection holder connected to a certain IP-Address at a certain time, in case there was a copyright infringement committed from this connection,” Wilde Beuger Solmecke lawyer Otto Freiherr Grote told TorrentFreak.

With most ISPs storing user data as a matter of course, tracking connection owners has become very simple indeed. However, not all ISPs retain the data necessary to connect an IP address with an end user, so when required to hand over personal details to trolls and other rightsholders, problems arise.

“Some access providers (Vodafone for example) don’t provide this information in Germany. They often argue that they don’t save dynamic IP-addresses at all,” Grote adds.

This awkward position with some ISPs has left rightsholders with a dead end on claims and file-sharers with somewhat of a safe haven.

“It’s as good as impossible for the rights-owners to sue any file-sharing clients of these providers,” Grote notes.

In response a film company, an anti-piracy company and an adult film producer took Vodafone to court to force the ISP to store data on file-sharers in order for it to be handed over at a later date. They were met with success, with the regional court in Düsseldorf ruling that Vodafone must retain the data. But following a successful appeal, the earlier setback for the ISPs and their subscribers proved only temporary.

“The Higher regional Court has now annulled these decisions,” Grote explains. “The Court constitutes that there is no obligation to save the data.”

The OLG Düsseldorf ruled that ISPs do have to provide data to rightsholders, but only if they stored it in the first instance. The question now is whether in the light of the ruling ISPs will reconsider their logging policies. Troll lawsuits are proving a plague on Internet account holders in Germany and the possibility of never becoming the subject of one will be an attractive proposition for those looking to switch ISPs in the future.

The University of Texas loses vial containing strain of deadly Virus

Obviously things go missing on a daily basis, and the news more often than not goes unnoticed. However, when what is missing is a vial containing a potentially deadly virus, odds are that both the media and the online community will be taken by storm or quite it down. Not to beat about the bush, the news has just broken that researchers working with the University of Texas’ Medical Branch are now busy trying to pin down the whereabouts of a vial containing a strain of the Guanarito virus. So a vial of a deadly Virus is now missing from a Laboratory in Texas.

The vial allegedly went missing from a laboratory, and pretty much everybody appears to be lost for words when asked to explain what has happened to it. Daily Mail informs us that the researchers in charge of keeping a close eye on this vial first discovered that it was missing towards the beginning of last week. Still, it took a while for the news to reach the general public. Investigations carried out by local police officers have thus far failed in collecting evidence that might suggest that the laboratory has been broken into and that somebody has stolen the vial. Having ruled out foul play, the authorities suspect that the vial was somehow accidentally destroyed while the laboratory was being cleaned.

The strain of the Guanarito virus found inside the missing vial is known to have caused several outbreaks in Venezuela. Thus, several of the people who were affected by this virus strain ended up developing hemorrhagic fever. By the looks of it, rats in Venezuela were the ones responsible for these outbreaks. Still, there is no proof that such rodents in the US might become carriers and later on infect people in this part of the country. As was to be expected, the country’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were called in. Hopefully, their working together with University of Texas researchers will ultimately lead to the vial’s being found. My question now is: Is it the University or the Weapons Lab who’ve lost the Virus strain?
